Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Spontaneous Discrimination/Non-Spontaneous Discrimination. by Eduardo Paolozzi was auctioned at VAN HAM in November this year. The price achieved of EUR 396.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eduardo Paolozzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Table Sculpture (Growth) in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 120,000.00 (€ 178,073.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Spontaneous Discrimination/Non-Spontaneous Discrimination. von Eduardo Paolozzi kam im November diesen Jahres bei VAN HAM zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 396,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eduardo Paolozzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Table Sculpture (Growth) im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 120.000,00 (€ 178.073,96).
