In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work Holding her Hand in the Air in the Shape of a Gun 9 sold for USD 27,500.00 (€ 25,997.35) - well above the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eddie Peake - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Modern Woman Ii, which sold at auction in July 2014 for GBP 47,500.00 (€ 59,912.43).
