The work Blanco by Ed Paschke was auctioned at Christies in New York in December 2019. It achieved a price of USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,814.20), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ed Paschke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bag Boots in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 245,000.00 (€ 179,618.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Blanco von Ed Paschke kam im Dezember 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.814,20) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ed Paschke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bag Boots im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 245.000,00 (€ 179.618,77).
