Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Modell A° N2 (Model A° N2) by Eberhard Havekost was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2019. The price achieved of EUR 7,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 6,500.00 – 9,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eberhard Havekost achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Team in February 2006 with an auction result of GBP 131,200.00 (€ 192,965.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Modell A° N2 (Model A° N2) von Eberhard Havekost wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 7.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 6.500,00 – 9.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eberhard Havekost erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Team im Februar 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 131.200,00 (€ 192.965,77).
