Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape, March 2008 by Donald Hamilton Fraser was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 3,570.00 (€ 3,988.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Donald Hamilton Fraser have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape, Sea And Wind in November 2020 with an auction result of GBP 18,900.00 (€ 21,098.78).

Die Arbeit Landscape, March 2008 von Donald Hamilton Fraser kam im Dezember 2020 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.570,00 (€ 3.988,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Donald Hamilton Fraser auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape, Sea And Wind im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.900,00 (€ 21.098,78).
