In the Modern British and Irish Art auction, the work Beach Seascape sold for GBP 13,375.00 (€ 14,941.07) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Donald Hamilton Fraser; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landscape, Sea And Wind sold at auction in November 2020 with the realized price of GBP 18,900.00 (€ 21,098.78).
