The work N Scale by Don Brown was sold in the Post War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in London in April 2007. It achieved a price of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,784.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 71%. Admittedly, works by Don Brown have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yoko XVI - 2006 in June this year with an auction result of EUR 39,360.00.

Die Arbeit N Scale von Don Brown wurde im April 2007 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 8.784,77) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 71%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Don Brown auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yoko XVI - 2006 im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 39.360,00.
