In September 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Day Sale, which included the work Maquette Pair Of Figures by Don Brown. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,875.00 (€ 13,472.34), 70% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Don Brown - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Yoko XVI - 2006, which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 39,360.00.

Im September 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Maquette Pair Of Figures von Don Brown zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 13.472,34) und damit 70% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Don Brown mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Yoko XVI - 2006 beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für EUR 39.360,00 versteigert wurde.
