Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2021 Phillips in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Xteriors XVIII by Désirée Dolron. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 30,240.00 (€ 25,137.16). Admittedly, works by Désirée Dolron have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Xteriors VI in April 2011 with an auction result of USD 194,500.00 (€ 131,232.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2021 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Xteriors XVIII von Désirée Dolron zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 30.240,00 (€ 25.137,16) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Désirée Dolron auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Xteriors VI im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 194.500,00 (€ 131.232,71).
