Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cerca Muralla by Désirée Dolron was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in April last year. The price achieved of EUR 3,780.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Désirée Dolron achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Xteriors VI in April 2011 with an auction result of USD 194,500.00 (€ 131,232.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cerca Muralla von Désirée Dolron kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.780,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Désirée Dolron erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Xteriors VI im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 194.500,00 (€ 131.232,71).
