Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The power of love by David Spiller was auctioned at Bonhams in Brussels in December this year. The price achieved of EUR 2,048.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by David Spiller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Only You (Tom) in September 2019 with an auction result of GBP 9,437.00 (€ 10,648.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The power of love von David Spiller kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Brüssel zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.048,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Spiller auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Only You (Tom) im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.437,00 (€ 10.648,54).
