The work The Honeymoon Motel by David Budd was auctioned at Christies in Paris in December 2013. It achieved a price of EUR 12,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by David Budd; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Ocean Park sold at auction in December 2016 with the realized price of EUR 13,750.00.
