Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Hell) by Dash Snow was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in July 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,457.10), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dash Snow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 209,000.00 (€ 153,225.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Hell) von Dash Snow wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.457,10) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dash Snow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 209.000,00 (€ 153.225,81).
