Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September last year Christies in New York held the auction Post-War to Present, which included this untitled work by Danielle Orchard. Here, the upper estimate of USD 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 35,280.00 (€ 36,062.56). Admittedly, works by Danielle Orchard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Two Bathers in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 287,500.00 (€ 254,717.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Danielle Orchard zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 35.280,00 (€ 36.062,56) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Danielle Orchard auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two Bathers im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 287.500,00 (€ 254.717,82).
