Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included the work Garden Eclipse by Danielle Orchard. The price achieved of USD 40,640.00 (€ 37,380.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Danielle Orchard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Two Bathers in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 287,500.00 (€ 254,717.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Garden Eclipse von Danielle Orchard zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 40.640,00 (€ 37.380,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Danielle Orchard auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two Bathers im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 287.500,00 (€ 254.717,82).
