Despite a disappointment, a good price for Daniel Johnston

In the Saturday@Phillips auction, the work You Shall Die changed hands for USD 938.00 (€ 739.63) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Despite this disappointing result, You Shall Die is the most expensive artwork by Daniel Johnston that we have observed at auction so far.
