Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov could be acquired at Sothebys in London in November 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Russian Paintings auction, the work A Winter Scene changed hands for GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,695.70) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Afternoon Sun, Crimea in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 79,250.00 (€ 92,516.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov konnte im November 2012 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Russian Paintings wechselte die Arbeit A Winter Scene für GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.695,70) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Konstantin Alexandrovich Westchilov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Afternoon Sun, Crimea im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 79.250,00 (€ 92.516,26).
