Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 893.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 700.00 – 900.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Constantin Macris - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Planches Sur Les Dunes Le Matin, 1958, which sold at auction in March 2011 for EUR 3,444.00.

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 893,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 900,00.
