Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A street with funeral monuments, Pompeii by Consalvo Carelli was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2002. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,314.50. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Consalvo Carelli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Napoli, veduta del Golfo in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 29,400,000.00 (€ 26,424.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A street with funeral monuments, Pompeii von Consalvo Carelli kam im September 2002 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.314,50 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Consalvo Carelli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Napoli, veduta del Golfo im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 29.400.000,00 (€ 26.424,00).
