Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Made in Britain, which included the work Teabowl by Claudi Casanovas. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 688.00 (€ 796.79). Admittedly, works by Claudi Casanovas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Large Wall Plate in March 2018 with an auction result of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,700.30).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Made in Britain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Teabowl von Claudi Casanovas zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 688,00 (€ 796,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Claudi Casanovas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Large Wall Plate im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.700,30).
