The work Involuting Zero by Claire Falkenstein was auctioned at Christies in Paris in December 2013. It achieved a price of EUR 42,300.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41 %. Admittedly, works by Claire Falkenstein have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled, Circa 1971 in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 200,075.00 (€ 179,455.56).

Die Arbeit Involuting Zero von Claire Falkenstein kam im Dezember 2013 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 42.300,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Claire Falkenstein auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled, Circa 1971 im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.075,00 (€ 179.455,56).
