The work Interções em Circuitos Ideolõgicos: Projeto Coca-Cola by Cildo Meireles was auctioned at Phillips in London in October 2019. The auction ended at the price of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 40,597.49), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cildo Meireles achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rodos in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 641,000.00 (€ 583,045.30).

Die Arbeit Interções em Circuitos Ideolõgicos: Projeto Coca-Cola von Cildo Meireles kam im Oktober 2019 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 35.000,00 (€ 40.597,49) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cildo Meireles erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rodos im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 641.000,00 (€ 583.045,30).
