Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Pablo Picasso, 1875-1973, Catalogue Raisonné by Christian Zervos was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Bonhams in New York in May 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 34,062.50 (€ 27,933.82). Admittedly, works by Christian Zervos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pablo Picasso, 1895-1973, Catalogue Raisonné in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 170,500.00 (€ 118,600.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Pablo Picasso, 1875-1973, Catalogue Raisonné von Christian Zervos wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Bonhams in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 34.062,50 (€ 27.933,82) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christian Zervos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pablo Picasso, 1895-1973, Catalogue Raisonné im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 170.500,00 (€ 118.600,45).
