The work A.A.Z. #11 by Christian Eckart was sold in the Moss auction at Phillips in New York in October 2012. The »bidding war« ended at USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,199.57), 52% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christian Eckart - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work White Painting #615, which sold at auction in December 2012 for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 21,582.36).

Die Arbeit A.A.Z. #11 von Christian Eckart wurde im Oktober 2012 in der Auktion Moss bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.199,57) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Christian Eckart mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit White Painting #615 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 21.582,36) versteigert wurde.
