Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Canadianandachtsbild No 718 by Christian Eckart was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in June 2008. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,750.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christian Eckart - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work White Painting #615, which sold at auction in December 2012 for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 21,582.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Canadianandachtsbild No 718 von Christian Eckart kam im Juni 2008 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.750,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Christian Eckart mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit White Painting #615 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 21.582,36) versteigert wurde.
