Admittedly, works by Chris van der Windt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A stilllife with Chinese porcelain in September 2002 with an auction result of EUR 8,365.00.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.000,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chris van der Windt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A stilllife with Chinese porcelain im September 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.365,00.
