Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.375,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Chris van der Windt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A stilllife with Chinese porcelain beobachtet, die im September 2002 für EUR 8.365,00 versteigert wurde.
