Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Temporary Family No.12130311 (Painted In 2012 – 2013) by Chen Yujun was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. It changed hands for a price of HKD 354,000.00 (€ 37,901.25) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00. Admittedly, works by Chen Yujun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Unstable Faith No. 20190312 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 336,000.00 (€ 343,121.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Temporary Family No.12130311 (Painted In 2012 – 2013) von Chen Yujun wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 37.901,25) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 200.000,00 – 400.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chen Yujun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Unstable Faith No. 20190312 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 336.000,00 (€ 343.121,74).
