Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Asian Territories - 6 m 2 No. 20091218 by Chen Yujun was sold in the +86 Chinese Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Shanghai in October 2015. The price achieved of CNY 237,500.00 (€ 34,048.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chen Yujun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Unstable Faith No. 20190312 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 336,000.00 (€ 343,121.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Asian Territories - 6 m 2 No. 20091218 von Chen Yujun wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion +86 Chinese Contemporary Art bei Christies in Shanghai versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 237.500,00 (€ 34.048,41) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 180.000,00 – 280.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chen Yujun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Unstable Faith No. 20190312 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 336.000,00 (€ 343.121,74).
