The »bidding war« ended at USD 10,837.50 (€ 8,930.78), 35% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Chaim Gross - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unicyclist, which sold at auction in November 2019 for USD 37,500.00 (€ 34,032.13).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 10.837,50 (€ 8.930,78) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Chaim Gross mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unicyclist beobachtet, die im November 2019 für USD 37.500,00 (€ 34.032,13) versteigert wurde.
