Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ritmo vertical by César Paternosto was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2011. Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,750.00 (€ 9,564.55). Admittedly, works by César Paternosto have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Riff in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 84,088.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ritmo vertical von César Paternosto kam im Mai 2011 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.750,00 (€ 9.564,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von César Paternosto auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Riff im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 84.088,26).
