In the At Home - British and Continental Pictures auction, the work Moored boats on a beach changed hands for GBP 131.45 (€ 197.22) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 200.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cecil Gordon Lawson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cheyne Walk, London in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,640.81).
