The price achieved of GBP 688.00 (€ 802.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cecil Gordon Lawson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cheyne Walk, London in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,640.81).
