A top price for Carsten Höller
The work Hippopotamus by Carsten Höller was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in February 2008. It achieved a price of USD 198,000.00 (€ 130,374.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. With this result, Hippopotamus is even the most expensive work of art by Carsten Höller that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Hippopotamus von Carsten Höller kam im Februar 2008 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion.
