In November 2013 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary, Stockholm, which included the work "Skända flaggan" by Carl Johan de Geer. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 38,000.00 (€ 4,264.74), 52% above the upper estimate. Im November 2013 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Skända flaggan" von Carl Johan de Geer zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 38.000,00 (€ 4.264,74) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Johan de Geer mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Skända Flaggan", "Vägra vapen" and "USA-Mördare" accompanied by 60 pages of related legal documents. beobachtet, die im November 2020 für SEK 150.000,00 (€ 14.663,54) versteigert wurde.
