Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Vägra Vapen' by Carl Johan de Geer was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 32,000.00 (€ 2,710.07) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Carl Johan de Geer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Skända Flaggan", "Vägra vapen" and "USA-Mördare" accompanied by 60 pages of related legal documents. in November 2020 with an auction result of SEK 150,000.00 (€ 14,663.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'Vägra Vapen' von Carl Johan de Geer kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 32.000,00 (€ 2.710,07) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Johan de Geer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Skända Flaggan", "Vägra vapen" and "USA-Mördare" accompanied by 60 pages of related legal documents. im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 150.000,00 (€ 14.663,54).
