Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fruit Blanket by Camilla Engström was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May this year. The price achieved of HKD 252,000.00 (€ 30,204.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00. Admittedly, works by Camilla Engström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Secret Island in April this year with an auction result of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 141,537.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fruit Blanket von Camilla Engström kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 252.000,00 (€ 30.204,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Camilla Engström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Secret Island im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 141.537,72).
