Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Brita Nordencreutz could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2009 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Autumn Modern sale auction, the work Kubistiska kvinnor changed hands for SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,153.24) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Brita Nordencreutz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work South european landscape, which sold at auction in April 2013 for SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,810.45).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Brita Nordencreutz konnte im Oktober 2009 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Autumn Modern sale wechselte die Arbeit Kubistiska kvinnor für SEK 12.000,00 (€ 1.153,24) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Brita Nordencreutz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit South european landscape beobachtet, die im April 2013 für SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.810,45) versteigert wurde.
