This artwork by Brian Willsher achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in July 2003. In the Twentieth Century British Art auction, the work Remembrance of Times Past sold for GBP 1,468.75 (€ 1,919.76) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Brian Willsher - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,766.81).

Für andere Arbeiten von Brian Willsher mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 4.560,00 (€ 6.766,81) versteigert wurde.
