The work Group Portrait by Boris Orlov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2016. It achieved a price of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,424.63), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Orlov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work General in October 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,645.90).

Die Arbeit Group Portrait von Boris Orlov kam im November 2016 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.424,63) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Orlov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit General im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 89.645,90).
