Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait Of Admiral Oskar Von Kraemer by Boris Kustodiev for GBP 112,500.00 (€ 132,102.50). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Pictures at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 120,000.00 – 180,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Kustodiev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Coachman in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 4,409,250.00 (€ 5,431,748.64).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait Of Admiral Oskar Von Kraemer von Boris Kustodiev für GBP 112.500,00 (€ 132.102,50) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 120.000,00 – 180.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Kustodiev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Coachman im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.409.250,00 (€ 5.431.748,64).
