Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work A Group Of Six Drawings, Including Portraits Of Dmitri Stelletsky And Irina Kustodieva by Boris Kustodiev for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,111.82). This price was achieved in the auction Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boris Kustodiev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Coachman in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 4,409,250.00 (€ 5,431,748.64).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Group Of Six Drawings, Including Portraits Of Dmitri Stelletsky And Irina Kustodieva von Boris Kustodiev für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.111,82) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boris Kustodiev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Coachman im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.409.250,00 (€ 5.431.748,64).
