Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Meatballs by Boo Ritson was sold in the Heatwave auction at Phillips in an online auction in July 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,125.00 (€ 1,254.85) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boo Ritson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Nina", 2006 in November 2010 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 21,862.53).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Meatballs von Boo Ritson wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Heatwave bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.125,00 (€ 1.254,85) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boo Ritson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Nina", 2006 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 21.862,53).
