Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Boo Ritson could be acquired at Bonhams in London in January 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The SAATCHI Edit auction, the work Slotplayer changed hands for GBP 637.50 (€ 720.92) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Boo Ritson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Nina", 2006 in November 2010 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 21,862.53).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Boo Ritson konnte im Januar 2021 bei Bonhams in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The SAATCHI Edit wechselte die Arbeit Slotplayer für GBP 637,50 (€ 720,92) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Boo Ritson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Nina", 2006 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 21.862,53).
