In the Important Old Master Paintings and Sculpture auction, the work Holy Family With Saint Elizabeth, The Infant St. John, And Two Shepherds sold for USD 194,500.00 (€ 140,230.71) - well above the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bonifazio de' Pitati - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Christ driving the money changers from the Temple, which sold at auction in October 2020 for USD 600,000.00 (€ 515,154.12).
