Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Yig’Al And Amarya by Boaz Vaadia was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2014. It achieved a price of USD 23,750.00 (€ 17,238.88), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Boaz Vaadia - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Daniyyel, which sold at auction in July 2017 for USD 75,000.00 (€ 63,419.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Yig’Al And Amarya von Boaz Vaadia kam im März 2014 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 17.238,88) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Für andere Arbeiten von Boaz Vaadia mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Daniyyel beobachtet, die im Juli 2017 für USD 75.000,00 (€ 63.419,58) versteigert wurde.
