This artwork by Blake Rayne achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in March 2016. In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work Untitled #2 sold for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 17,360.73) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Blake Rayne - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled #3, which sold at auction in July 2015 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 35,441.60).

In der Auktion Contemporary Curated wurde die Arbeit Untitled #2 für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 17.360,73) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Blake Rayne mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled #3 beobachtet, die im Juli 2015 für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 35.441,60) versteigert wurde.
