Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,678.19) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Blair Thurman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Jiffy Pop I (CCKSCKR HAT III), which sold at auction in December 2015 for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 50,923.20).
