The »bidding war« ended at USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,283.27), 56% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Blair Thurman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jiffy Pop I (CCKSCKR HAT III) in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 50,923.20).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.283,27) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Blair Thurman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jiffy Pop I (CCKSCKR HAT III) im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 50.923,20).
