Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Small Stuenes Oscillator 24 by Bill Woodrow was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2017. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,904.34). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bill Woodrow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Round the Kitchen Table in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,157.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Small Stuenes Oscillator 24 von Bill Woodrow kam im März 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.904,34) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bill Woodrow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Round the Kitchen Table im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 20.157,68).
